Florence is MT Lab's Program Manager, working along major partners such as Tourisme Montréal, Air Canada, Loto-Québec, ITHQ, and more. With more than 12 years working in communications, marketing, tourism and tech, she is now in charge of recruiting and accompanying the most promising entrepreneurs, in order to help them find their fit-to-market in either tourism, culture or entertainment industries. She is taking an active part in the activities of the innovation ecosystem and the tourism industry in Montreal and in Quebec, in order to keep track of the latest trends and help startups grow better and faster. Her intrapreneurial mindset, natural curiosity, and eye for game-changing details, generate concrete results every time.
