Ken is Château Frontenac’s general manager. He has over 25 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, with senior management positions in Canada, the US, and Bermuda. Ken started out as a dishwasher, then advanced to assistant restaurant manager, manager of banquet services, director of operations, and general manager of various hotels. His administrative and leadership skills were perfected through hotel management training at prestigious international schools.
