Xavier’s adaptability, team ethic, and calming presence is always a big help anywhere in our organization. This is his final year in advanced studies in international hotel management. His interest in the latest tools and techniques reflects his desire to acquire the very best in hotel management skills as well. As coordinator for MTLHC’s valued partners, he sets high standards for our volunteers, plans activities such as workshops and training, and easily handles the IT logistics any of our events experts might require.
