MTLHC is the perfect venue for gaining insights at the highest level, thanks to multiple conferences, workshops, and activities hosted by leading industry professionals.
MTLHC offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet with peers from around the world – a sustained, comprehensive way to interact with other student teams and share their interests.
This ambitious event could not have been organized without help from the school’s administration, as well as from support staff dedicated to the project’s success.
WHY ITHQ SUPPORTS THIS STUDENT INITIATIVE
"Over the past few months, ITHQ students have put their hearts and souls into putting this world-class event together. We’re proud of their initiative and proud to support them in their efforts in getting the MTLHC off to a great start. When a group of students first presented the idea to us, in January, we were more than a little impressed with their enterprising spirit and in their determination to bring this exciting project to life."
"The importance of leadership is the common thread that runs throughout the MTLHC. The competition takes place over a number of weeks focusing on two business case studies, in addition to other activities, including conferences and workshops. The ability to mobilize their teams and their clients is a key quality that managers need to succeed, especially in our current context. We feel that the Most Talented Leaders Hospitality Challenge will provide students with a very effective complement to their classroom learning."
"At the ITHQ, we believe that there’s no better time than now to help the next generation assume their place in the hospitality ecosystem while taking a good hard look at what the future has in store for them. That’s why we’re devoting time and resources to support them in their quest to do just that. We also believe that participating in the competition will be a rewarding experience for students and will reinforce their commitment to their own programs and to the sector in general.”
